Red Bean Milk Cake

Dried red beans, sugar and appropriate amount of water I used 800g of water into the pressure cooker, low heat for 40 minutes.

There is basically no water in the pressed red bean pot. If there is too much water, it needs to be drained.

Put the red beans and a box of milk into the food processor and puree them.

Try to be as thin as possible.

Soak the agar in clear water to soften it.

Put the agar in 200g of water, heat and stir until the agar is completely melted.

Pour the melted agar into the bean paste.
8.
Stir well.
9.
Pour into the mold and wait for it to solidify.

Demoulding.

Cut into pieces and eat.
