Honey Red Beans

1. Wash the red beans thoroughly, and put the red beans under the water.

2. Put the red bean pot on the stove and bring it to a boil. Turn off the heat and let the red beans soak in boiling water for 3 hours.

3. Wash the soaked red beans to remove the beany smell, add water again, and cook the red beans in a pot. Bring to a boil on high heat first, and then simmer on low heat. When cooking, take a spoon and stir to prevent the pot from sticking. Drain the water.

4. Put the boiled red beans in a bowl with clean water and set aside. Put a little salt and mix well.

5. Find a clean container, put a layer of sugar first, then a layer of red beans, and then stack them, and finally put sugar on top of the red beans.

6. After putting the sugar and red beans in the refrigerator overnight, they will taste better.

7. Refrigerate honey red beans overnight.

Tips:

You can put as many red beans as you want, and you can make red bean smoothies if you cook too much.
