Red Bean Milk Parfait
1.
I didn’t use agar, it was transparent, but it didn’t taste good. I used konjac gum, which was just over one gram.
2.
Put the sugar in a pot and melt it on a low heat. The color should not be too dark, similar to caramel pudding.
3.
Put the fried caramel into a bowl. The bowl I made was too big, so I quickly changed it to a smaller one later.
4.
Beat two eggs and put in red bean paste. I bought the red bean paste in a package. It is very sweet, so there is no need to put sugar in it.
5.
A paste of egg and red bean paste.
6.
Add milk and stir well.
7.
Use a little hydration to dissolve the konjac flour, stir it into the paste, and steam it until cooked.
8.
After making it, I sift it to filter out the rough material, pour it into a caramel bowl, and place it in the refrigerator to form. I poured some condensed milk on the surface.
