Red Bean Milk Tea

The red beans were washed the night before and soaked in cold water.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the soaked red adzuki beans, bring to a boil on high heat, and cook on low heat, but don't boil it. It can be cooked in a pressure cooker, because the amount is relatively small, so I didn't use the pressure cooker.

When the soup is very low, add some sugar or rock sugar according to the sweetness you like, and then cook for a few minutes, turn off the heat, and take it out of the pot.

One small packet of black tea used half of it, which is more sensitive to tea. It is not good to rest at night after drinking too much, so the amount is appropriate. Insensitive friends just put a packet of black tea. Put the black tea in a teacup, brew with boiling water, pour out the first water, and brew again, soak it for a while until the color becomes darker.

After brewing the black tea, add it to the milk pot, I added 100ml, then added a box of 200ml milk, and boiled on low heat. You can also boil the black tea together and filter out the black tea. Add a spoonful of condensed milk, or leave it out Boil on and off the fire.
