Red Bean Nourishing Blood Tea

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the red beans and lotus seeds separately and soak in water for 2 hours.

Put the red beans in a casserole and add 2 small bowls of water.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat, cover and cook for 1 hour.

Add lotus seeds and longan meat and continue to cook for half an hour.

The red beans and lotus seeds are all soft and rotten. Turn off the heat and add an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the brown sugar melts.

Tips:
1. Soak red beans and lotus seeds for 2 hours more easily. If you don't have enough time, you don't need to soak them, but the cooking time will be longer.
2. I like to stew things in a casserole, it feels better. If it's easier, use a pressure cooker to add ingredients other than brown sugar and stew together, then add brown sugar to taste.
3. The amount of brown sugar is added according to personal taste, I don't like it too sweet, only added a little.
4. Use pitted pure dried longan, 10 grams is enough. If it is dried longan with nucleus, take 20 grams.
5. This tea should not be eaten by those who are hotter in the tea.
