Red Bean Paste

Soak red beans in water for more than 12 hours and wash

Put it in the rice cooker, add water to the index finger, turn on the steam button

Boil for about 40 minutes and it will be soft

Filter excess water with a sieve

Put it into the bread bucket where the mixing knife is installed, add soft sugar and corn oil

Adjust to the stir-fry button and run two cycles, that is, a total of 60 minutes; or the fancy jam button for about an hour

The moisture has been dried, and the bean paste can be formed into a dough.

Let cool, cover it with a fresh-keeping box, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as needed
Tips:
1.200 grams of red beans makes 460 grams of red bean paste. Of course, more water will make it heavier. I am a little bit drier.
2. The amount of sugar is also increased or decreased according to your own taste. My bean paste is slightly sweet and feels just right.
