The family likes to eat bread, so they make various kinds of bread in different ways. In order to save time, this bean paste braided bread is fermented once, but it is also very delicious, like a big girl's coarse braid, very beautiful.

Red Bean Paste Braided Bread (one Fermentation)

1. Divide the red bean paste into 4 equal parts.

2. Take four fresh-keeping bags, put the bean paste into them separately, and roll them into rectangles with a rolling pin. I rolled them into a length of about 25 cm and a width of about 18 cm. Put it in the refrigerator for later use.

3. Prepare the ingredients needed to make bread

4. Put the ingredients needed to make bread into the bread machine in the order of the lower layer of liquid, the middle layer of powder, and the upper layer of yeast except butter.

5. Press the kneading button of the bread machine, after kneading into a smooth dough, add butter to continue kneading

6. Until kneading to the fully extended stage can pull out a large piece of film so far.

7. The kneaded dough is divided evenly into 4 portions.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for five minutes.

9. Take one of the dough and roll it out into a rectangular slice, slightly larger than the red bean paste.

10. Take out the red bean paste from the refrigerator, cut open the food bag, and first pull off half of the film. Carefully cover the red bean paste on top of the noodles, because it can't be moved if you cover it, so it's better to cover it.

11. Roll up a long section of the dough and press it into a long strip.

12. Use a breadboard to cut the dough into three strands, don’t cut off the head

13. Weave the three strands according to the method of braiding, and make sure that the cross-section of the bean paste is facing upwards. The bread shaped like this looks good.

14. When weaving it to the bottom, we need to tidy it up, compress the three-strand dough and slightly tidy it down. Don't braid the braid too tightly, otherwise it will affect the fermentation of the dough. After braided bread is all braided, put it in a warm and moist place and ferment to double its size.

15. Brush the bread with diluted egg liquid

16. Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees for ten minutes. After preheating, put the bread in the middle of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. In the middle, pay attention to cover the tin foil in time to prevent the color from being too dark.

17. Place the baked bread on a drying net or a baking tray to let cool.

18. Very delicious

Tips:

1. I added whipped cream, you can only add milk, if you only add milk, reduce the amount of water by 10g.
2. When the bean paste is applied to the noodles, it must be a one-time success, and then cover it after aligning it.
3. When weaving braids, we need to make the cross-section face up to look good.
4. Pay attention to cover the tin foil in time, don't paint too deep.
