I didn't finish the red bean paste I made, so I used it to make toast

Red Bean Paste Toast

1. Except butter, put all the ingredients in the bread bucket. Start mixing for 15 minutes

2. 15 minutes later, add butter and continue mixing until the noodles can be pulled out of the film

3. And leave the dough to ferment

4. The fermented dough is taken out and vented and divided into equal parts to wake up for 20 minutes

5. Wake up good noodles. Take a minute and roll it into an oval shape

6. Spread a layer of red bean paste on top (leave a little bit and don’t use it)

7. Roll up from top to bottom

8. Put them in the toast box one by one

9. Carry out the second fermentation, the fermentation is good to brush the egg liquid on the surface

10. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds

11. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees and fire it up and down for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

My toast box is relatively small. So the baking time is shorter
