Red Bean Popsicles
1.
Soak red beans for more than 4 hours;
2.
Wash the red beans and pour into the pot, and again pour about 500 grams of water, add rock sugar, and select the bean-cooking function;
3.
While cooking the red beans, pour glutinous rice flour and water into a bowl;
4.
Stir evenly with a spoon and set aside;
5.
After cooking, deflate and pour into the well-stirred glutinous rice flour water, stir evenly and cook until thick;
6.
After cooking, let it cool naturally, add a little salt and stir evenly;
7.
After cooling, use a spoon to put it into the popsicle mold; be careful not to be too full!
8.
Insert the mold popsicle handle, put it in the refrigerator and freeze until it solidifies, about 4 hours.
Tips:
1. Adding salt is just to add more flavor, you don’t want it or don’t let it go;
2. Put the popsicles in cold water and brew them for a while for better demoulding.
