Red Bean Pudding

Soak the red beans in cold water 12 hours in advance.
Boil the red beans until they are soft and waxy (it takes about an hour and a half, you can taste it anytime after an hour), then take it out and set aside.

Pour pure milk into a bowl and steam it in an electric steamer for five minutes. It can also be heated by other methods, such as a microwave oven. Be careful to use a microwaveable bowl, and don’t create a "your milk duang" cup.

After the milk is warm, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes. , Slowly add the milk to the egg, and stir evenly while adding.

Add white sugar (do not add too little), sprinkle red beans on top, and steam for about 10 minutes in an electric steamer (electrical steamer is recommended).
