Red Bean Rice Cake

After the brown sugar is boiled and dissolved in water, let it cool (be sure to let it cool), and when the sugar water is completely cool, pour it into the glutinous rice flour and mix well

Add the honey red beans and mix well, stir gently, try not to mix the honey red beans into pieces

Pour the batter into a confectionery pan or mold that has been wiped with oil, put it in a steamer, and steam on high heat for about 50 minutes to 1 hour.

After letting cool, slice and serve or use a little oil to fry on both sides until golden brown
