Red Bean Yam Puree

Wash the yam and cut into sections; (cannot be peeled and steamed, because it loses nutrients) PS: The length of the section can be determined according to the size of the pot.

Boil the water, put it in a steamer, cover and steam;

Peel the steamed yam, put it in a food processor and break it;

The red beans are soaked for 30 minutes, cooked and boiled'

Add cooked red beans and honey to the yam puree, mix well;

Divide the yam mud into a size of 30 grams and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Put it into a mold to make a heart shape and remove the plastic wrap. PS: Choose your favorite mold shape to make yam mud in different shapes.
Tips:
1. Steamed yam with slices to preserve nutrients;
2. Red beans must be boiled to make them delicious;
3. If you like honey, you can add coconut powder.
