Red Curry Beef

Cut the ingredients into cubes/slices~Prepare the red curry paste~

Cut beef into cold water, bring to a boil on high heat, skim off the foam, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour~

Remove all the ingredients~ Control dry water and reserve~

Tips:
If you want to prepare the potato cubes in advance, please put the cut potato cubes in clean water to prevent oxidation and discoloration. Don’t pour out the beef broth. You can cook beef noodles the next day
