Red Date Cut Cake

1. Main ingredients: glutinous rice, red dates, candied dates, red kidney beans

2. Soak the glutinous rice for more than 4 hours in advance, soak it until it can be easily crushed by hand.

3. Soak red kidney beans 12 hours in advance

4. Red dates and candied dates are to be pitted separately and cut in half

5. The cut red dates are placed at the bottom of the container (I use a lunch box, which is wrapped in tin foil for easy removal)

6. After laying the red dates, spread a layer of soaked glutinous rice

7. Continue to spread a layer of soaked kidney beans on the glutinous rice.

8. Spread a layer of glutinous rice again

9. Finally, evenly spread the dates on the glutinous rice.

10. Add clean water (the amount of water is the same as that of glutinous rice)

11. Put it in a steamer, change to low heat and steam for 1 hour after SAIC, turn off the heat. (I use a pressure cooker, the steamer needs at least 1.5 hours)
