Red Date Glutinous Rice Cake

Soak other ingredients except cranberries in cold water overnight. The glutinous rice should be soaked until the rice grains are crushed without any hard cores, and washed and set aside.

Tips:
The fruit material can be replaced with what you like, no need to put sugar, the sweetness of the fruit material is enough. The glutinous rice must be soaked thoroughly in advance to make it easier to cook. Adjust the steaming time appropriately according to the thickness of the glutinous rice.
