I eat zongzi and watch the dragon boat on the Dragon Boat Festival, but zongzi still likes the most traditional red date zongzi, and I share my method of making zongzi.

Ingredients

Red Date Glutinous Rice Dumplings

1. Prepare the ingredients and prepare according to the number of people in your household

2. Clean and soak the glutinous rice for two hours.

3. Rinse the red dates and set aside.

4. Wash and boil the zongye, boil for five minutes.

5. One-third of the zongye folded over.

17. Cook for 40-60 minutes

18. Just drizzle honey or fine sugar when eating

Tips:

1. Feel free to put a few red dates in the zongzi.
2. If you don’t understand the graphic package method, look at the video package method
3. The package is tight and does not leak rice, and the size is controlled by yourself
