Red Dates and Black Rice Steamed Buns

The red dates are pitted and steamed and squeezed. Add milk. The milk can be replaced with water, because the red dates are very hot and the milk is just warm after adding the yeast powder.

Flour and black rice noodles are mixed with a little salt, and only a little bit of black rice noodles, too much
