Red Dates and Yam Black Chicken Soup

Wash the jujube, slice ginger, cut green onion into sections

After rinsing the yam, put on gloves, peel the yam and cut into pieces, soak in water to prevent discoloration

Cut the black-bone chicken into pieces, rinse twice with warm water, then add cold water to the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine to blanch water
