Red Dates and Yam Puree

Wash the red dates.

Wash and peel the yam.
3.
Remove the pits of the red dates and slice the yam into thin slices.

Put yam + walnuts and red dates in a bowl.
5.
Steam in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
6.
Put the steamed yam + walnuts in a cordless meat grinder.
7.
Take it out after mashing it into puree.
8.
Add some warm water to the red dates and put them in a cordless meat grinder to puree them.
9.
Put yam and walnut puree in a small bowl and flatten.
10.
Put the yam mud upside down on the plate, and pour the red jujube mud on the yam mud.
Tips:
1. This red date yam puree is suitable for babies over 8 months old;
2. You can also mix the three ingredients into a puree, put them in the porridge, stir and eat, or eat separately.
