Red Dates, Coix Seed and Chrysanthemum Congee

Prepare brown rice, coix seed, chrysanthemum, red dates, and wolfberry.

Wash and soak the red dates.

Wash brown rice and coix seed and soak for 20 minutes.

Add cold water to the soaked brown rice and coix seed. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add the red dates and cook for 10 minutes.
6.
Pour in the chrysanthemum and wolfberry and cook for 2 minutes.
7.
The boiled rice porridge is put into a bowl, and the flavor is better when served warm.
