I use a garlic masher to cut the garlic and ginger into large granules.

Chop the chili with a knife, put the crushed chili in a garlic masher, add salt and whiskey, stir evenly, then pour it into the bottle, close the lid, seal the bottle as much as possible, and put it in the refrigerator for two weeks.
Tips:
I don’t have many chili peppers. If the seeds are removed, the quantity will be even smaller. Anyway, I want the taste, so I chopped the whole chili into it. If you like to remove seeds, just do whatever you want, and make your own kitchen. If you think it’s good, it’s OK. I mainly want to share the operation method with everyone.
