Red Heart Dragon Jam

Prepare pitaya, medium in size.

Peel and dice.
3.
Place in a water- and oil-free container.
4.
Add appropriate amount of sugar.

Pickled for a quarter of an hour.

Pour into a clean casserole and boil.

After boiling, continue to stir on medium and low heat until thick, add a little lemon juice before starting to increase the flavor and preserve.

Pour boiling water into a glass bottle sterilized by boiling.

After it is completely cooled, put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator for better taste.
Tips:
Refrigerated can be stored for 1-2 weeks. We usually finish eating within 5 days, and make a little less each time.
