1.
Main ingredients: 2 sticks of vacuum barbecue pork, about 300 grams. 5 slices of dried tofu and 2 celery, I only buy so many each time. Because 4 of the barbecued pork is vacuum packed, the remaining 2 can be used for char siu rice! Cut the dried tofu into strips, cut the celery into inch sections and slice the barbecued pork into thin slices. I forgot to save the photo in this step.
2.
Blanch the celery in a pot under boiling water, boil again and remove the cold water for use~
3.
Chopped green onion
4.
Hot pan with thin oil
5.
Heat the oil for 8 minutes and then chopped green onion in a pot
6.
Stir chopped green onion and put celery and barbecued pork, almost at the same time
7.
Stir a few times and then add dried tofu, stir fry 2 times, add salt, and season with oyster sauce ~ before and after no more than 2.3 minutes! The scent of barbecued pork can hide some of the peculiar smell of dried tofu and celery, so it is very suitable for children who don't like the taste of celery! The two kids don’t eat celery, but they like this dish very much~
8.
Add shredded celery for decoration! Let's go~O(∩_∩)O~
Tips:
1. Put celery and char siu almost at the same time, because putting the char siu first will make it easy to catch the pot. Putting celery first will not be crispy green!
2. Try 2 celery, 5 slices of dried bean curd, 2 char siu (15 cm long) ratio is the most suitable
3. The roast pork tastes sweet, so don't put too much condiments
