Red Oil Kelp Silk

Take an appropriate amount of dried kelp shreds and soak the dried kelp shreds in water.

Wash away the mud, sand and other debris, and wash until the water is clear.

Soak the washed seaweed shreds in warm water for 2 hours. Dried kelp is about 3 times the original volume after soaking.

Cut the soaked seaweed shreds with a knife to make it easier to eat.

Put the kelp shreds in a clean container and add an appropriate amount of refined salt.

Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Dig in red chili oil according to the taste.

Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and mix well.
