Red Oil Lotus Root Slices

Cut 290g of crispy lotus root into thin slices and wash twice with water to remove the surface.

Boil the lotus root slices after boiling. Remove the water immediately after boiling.

Cool the lotus root slices with cold water

Mince two cloves of garlic, mince two slices of ginger, take a teaspoon of cooked sesame seeds, a teaspoon of chili pepper, and a little white pepper, all in a bowl (you can also put a little pepper and chives). Wash and chop a coriander.

Put a spoonful of oil in the pot and fry a few peppers. Pour the hot oil into the garlic bowl.

Add 18g white vinegar, 10g light soy sauce, 5g old vinegar, 2g sugar, 3g salt, two drops of sesame oil to the garlic bowl,

After stirring well, put it in the refrigerator and eat it again (remember to stir up and down in the middle), the taste is better.
