Red Oil Noodles

Shred carrots and mince green onions. Set aside the dried noodles for later use.

Put the water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the dry noodles. After it is boiled, tap cold water a few times. In the gap between cooking noodles, take a bowl of noodles, add salt, soy sauce, and chili to taste.

After cooking, remove the noodles and put them in the tuned noodle soup, then add shredded carrots, chopped green onions and chopped stewed pork, and drizzle with red chili oil.
Tips:
Some water during the noodle cooking process can make the slender more vigorous.
