Red Peanut Crisp

A pack of three hundred grams of red-coated peanuts

Use half of the maltose

Spread peanuts flat, put in the oven, 180 degrees for 20 minutes! If you don’t have an oven, you can fry it in a pan until crispy

Roast the peanuts until they are open, set aside to cool!

Add white sugar, add water, boil, and then add maltose

Add roasted peanuts after boiling

Stir fry non-stop after putting it in the pot

Stir-fry until the sugar shreds

Use the fastest speed to pour into the plate and flatten, wait for the sugar shreds to dry

After it's dry, pour it on a cutting board and cut into pieces!
