Red Shrimp and Seafood Mushroom Soup

We remove the shrimp thread from the red prawns. Wash repeatedly. Prepare a bag of shrimp dumplings.

Seafood mushrooms, I bought them in a bag at the market. Cut off the roots, because there are a lot of dirt in the roots. Wash repeatedly and set aside.

Wash spinach and cut into sections, and cut celery into sections.

Heat up the oil in the pan and fry the red prawns to get the prawn sauce. Rise the pot and set aside, do not pour out the oil. Doing this will remove the fishy smell of the shrimp, and the meat of the shrimp will be very tender. I use peanut oil.

Put clean water, seafood mushrooms and celery segments in the pot. Boil on high fire.

Add red shrimp and shrimp dumplings. Continue to cook on high heat.

Scoop out the excess scum. Turn to medium heat and simmer for ten minutes.

Turn off the fire. Mix salt and MSG, sprinkle with spinach leaves and celery leaves. Can be out of the pot.
9.
Warm.
Tips:
Red shrimp must be removed from the shrimp thread to be delicious.
