Prepare all materials for weighing and spare

Wash the red extract and dice for later use

Sift the low-flour and baking powder, add sugar, salt, and softened butter to rub, just like coarse sand.

Add red grapes and milk and knead into a ball (note: don't knead excessively to avoid tendons)

Roll the dough to a thickness of one centimeter

Use a biscuit mold to press it into a shape you like, line the baking tray with greased paper, and brush with egg wash.

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for five minutes, then bake for eighteen minutes.
Tips:
The red tea can be soaked for ten minutes in advance.
