Red Toast

Material details (pictured). Knead the dough until the mask is released before proofing.

Knead the dough first, cover it with plastic wrap, proof it...

The volume of the dough after the first proofing is twice as large (as shown in the picture).

Then divide into three equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take a portion of the dough and roll it out long and flat (pictured).

Then fold both sides in half without leaving a seam in the middle (as shown in the figure).
7.
Then roll it out and roll it up again (as shown in the picture.)
8.
Put the mouth down (as shown in the picture). Cover with plastic wrap and proof it twice.
9.
When the dough is proofed to 8 minutes full, remove the plastic wrap, cover the lid and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
10.
Preheat the oven and then (pictured).
11.
The toast is out of the oven... it must be demoulded and cooled immediately after it is out of the oven.
