Red Vegetables

Wash the soaked mustard greens and chop into finely minced pieces. Cut the leeks into small pieces.

Squeeze the mustard to dry.

In a cold pan, add cold oil and stir-fry the dried paprika on a low heat. Pour into the vegetables and stir fry. Season to mix until dry and dry. Sprinkle in the leeks and fry until they are broken.
Tips:
1. Dried vegetables can be dry-fried in advance to remove moisture.
2. It tastes good if the amount of oil is too high.
3. Put more if you like spicy food.
