Red Wine and Brown Sugar Stewed Sydney
1.
The size of the Sydney pears directly affects the amount that is enough for a few people to eat. (o^^o) I chose 2 super large snow pears, washed them, peeled them and cut them into pieces, put them in a clean oil-free pot, and poured them. Pour in the right amount of red wine, just after the Sydney pear, then pour in the right amount of brown sugar ~ you can put more! Remove the sourness of wine~(o^^o)
2.
After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes. After the soup has gradually thickened, turn off the heat and continue to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Take it out and cover with a lid. Let cool and serve (^_^) v
Tips:
Brown sugar can be replaced with rock sugar, white sugar, honey, but brown sugar is more nourishing! It goes with the taste of red wine better~ It tastes better after being chilled!
