Red Wine Drunk Pear

Peel the pears, cut the two pears into pieces and remove the core inside

Put the cut pear and the remaining whole pear into the pot

Pour in the red wine, without the pear cubes; add a proper amount of rock sugar; after boiling on high heat, change to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes (you can turn the whole pear over halfway)

Pour it into a glass container when it is cold, put it in the refrigerator overnight, and eat it the next day
