It is said that drinking a little red wine every day has the effect of softening blood vessels and beautifying the skin. Many people prefer not to drink alcohol. In fact, in addition to drinking a little red wine every day, red wine is usually used for cooking dishes and stewing desserts. Using red wine instead of liquid to make toast, the color and taste are very attractive. "

Red Wine Raisin Toast

1. Prepare the ingredients to be used, soak the raisins with red wine in advance. I soaked it all night, and the red wine can be made with ordinary red wine. The red wine in the dough needs to be heated in advance, boil thoroughly and cook for 2 minutes to allow the alcohol to escape and let it cool before using it. The butter is taken out in advance and softened at room temperature.

2. Except for raisins and butter, all the ingredients are put into the mixing tank.

3. First use the chef's machine to stir into a dough, then use the second gear to stir for 6-7 minutes, add the softened butter and continue to stir. Stir until the dough can pull out the film.

4. Put the raisins and knead roughly, put the dough in the fresh-keeping box, and make a round at room temperature. Use kitchen paper to soak up the raisins in advance.

5. This is a ready-made dough, the temperature is high in summer, the fermentation is fast, and it will be ready in more than an hour.

6. Take out the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts. After rounding, cover with plastic wrap and proof it for about 20 minutes.

7. After proofing the dough, turn it over, flatten it, roll it up from top to bottom, make all the dough in turn, and continue to proof it with plastic wrap for about 20 minutes.

8. After the proofing, the dough is rolled and rolled twice, and the rolled dough is put into a toast mold. Put the mold in an oven or a closed container, and put a bowl of hot water in it for a second proofing.

9. Proof the dough until it is nine minutes full, and brush a little water on the surface before putting it in the oven. There is a problem with the dough and it cracks at this time.

10. The upper and lower tubes of the oven are preheated at 180 degrees, and the mold is placed in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. After baking for about ten minutes, cover the surface of the mold with tin foil. After baking, take out the mold and let it cool down.

11. Let the bread cool thoroughly and then slice it. It tastes good when you eat it on empty mouth. It can also be eaten with jam without the taste of alcohol.

Tips:

Red wine needs to be boiled to allow the alcohol to evaporate before use. The liquid can be all red wine, the toast has a darker color and a stronger aroma.
The temperature and baking time of the oven should be determined according to the temperament of your own oven.
