Red Wine Stewed Pears

Use a spoon to remove the pear core (soak the processed pear with water to avoid oxidation and blackening of the pear)

Pour the red wine into the pot without the pear cubes

After the high heat is boiled, simmer for another 20 minutes on low heat, turning the pear over halfway
