Red Wine Sydney
1.
Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into small pieces. Pour red wine, Sydney and rock sugar into a health pot (a small saucepan is also acceptable).
2.
Start the [Fruit Tea] mode, and then press the keep warm button. After about 20 minutes, wait until Sydney has completely absorbed the red wine and the color turns red. (Similar to a small saucepan: boil and simmer for 10 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes).
3.
The sweet Sydney and the rich aroma of the wine work hand in hand. You can drink mulled red wine or taste the Sydney soaked in the aroma. It is sweet but not greasy, and you can kill two birds with one stone.
Tips:
Hot red wine is heated by red wine. Spices and fruits are added to the red wine. After being boiled on a low fire, the alcohol will evaporate, but it will leave a warm aroma and light sweetness.
