Red Wine Sydney
1.
Wash and peel two Sydney pears.
2.
After cutting in half, scoop out the pear seeds.
3.
Pour the red wine into the pot. I use dry red. The red wine doesn’t need to be too good, but normal. If you use mountain wine with higher sweetness, the amount of sugar should be reduced.
4.
Add the right amount of rock sugar, and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
5.
I have used this kind of fruit wine to make the taste and color better than dry red. If you can buy red fruit wines such as hawthorn and strawberry, you can replace dry red wine, and the amount of rock sugar should be reduced.
6.
After the red wine is heated to a boil, add the Sydney pear and cook for ten to fifteen minutes.
7.
Let cool after cooking, put a lemon slice in, refrigerate for 24 hours and eat.
8.
After slicing, pour some red wine juice. The rest of the red wine juice is also a good drink.
Tips:
The lemon is added to increase the taste. You must cool it before adding it, otherwise the taste will be a bit bitter. If you don't like the bitter taste of lemon zest, you can just squeeze in lemon juice.
