I wanted to make beer or cola wing roots. . Then when I was doing it, I was surprised that I didn't have it at home. . . Fortunately, there is red wine, so let's make a red wine chicken wing root πŸ˜‚. "

Red Wing Root

1. Thaw the roots of chicken wings, soak them in bleeding water, and clean them.

2. Cut scallions into chopped green onions, and cut ginger into ginger pieces.

3. Pour a little oil into the pan, stir-fry the chicken wings until the color changes, add green onions and ginger and continue to stir-fry.

4. Pour red wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, rock sugar in the pot, stir fry back and forth to evenly color, then pour a pot of hot water over the roots of the chicken wings, simmer for about ten minutes on high heat, watch the pot when it is simmering, in the middle I turned it over and I forgot to take a picture of adding water.

5. Collect the juice and leave some to eat with steamed buns haha.

6. It's out of the pot~ Let's eat!

Tips:

I'm afraid that the red wine will be too strong, but it tastes good. I didn't make it specially. The taste of soy sauce was overwhelming. You can control it according to your taste.
