Red Wing Root

Thaw the roots of chicken wings, soak them in bleeding water, and clean them.

Tips:
I'm afraid that the red wine will be too strong, but it tastes good. I didn't make it specially. The taste of soy sauce was overwhelming. You can control it according to your taste.
