Red Yeast Chicken Soup

The chicken is cleaned and cut into pieces for later use.

Finely chop ginger.

Pour a little bit of oil into the pan and fry the ginger, add the chicken and stir fry.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Add 2 scoops of red yeast rice.
6.
Add 2 scoops of rock sugar.
7.
Transfer to an electric saucepan and steam for about 2 hours.
8.
Add the fermented rice when it is cooked and eaten.
