Red Yeast Pork Rolls with Sauce

Scrape off the white oil on the skin, rinse it well, and blanch it softly.

Shave the oily skin again, and wash the oily skin with hot water.

Scrape the clean skin and cut it into strips with a width of more than ten centimeters.

The skin is tightly rolled up from one end and tied up with clean, thin twine, as shown in the picture above.

Heat water in the pot, add red yeast rice, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, grass kombu, grass fruit, cinnamon bark, cumin, ginger, salt and chili in turn, and finally put the pork skin rolls.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer slowly until the skin is soft and rotten, about 30 minutes.

Put the soy sauced pork skin rolls into the fresh-keeping box, pour the soup of boiled pork skin, cool thoroughly, put it in the refrigerator and take it as you eat.
8.
When eating, cut into thin slices and bring dipping ingredients.
