Reduced Fat Cabbage and Enoki Mushroom Tofu Soup

Wash vegetables and enoki mushrooms and chop finely

Slice ginger and garlic, cut tofu into small pieces, mince chili, green onion, and coriander

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic, chili and saute

Add 3 bowls of water
5.
Add 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, and some salt to taste

Pour in all the tofu and vegetables

Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add chopped green onion and coriander

You can add or remove your favorite vegetables at will
