Refreshing and Delicious Cold Noodles with Cucumber and Chicken

Prepare the materials;

Cut carrots and cucumber into fine strips, prepare garlic paste;

Boil a small pot of water. After the water boils, put the carrots down and boil for about ten seconds, immediately pick up the drained water and set aside with the cucumber shreds;

Cut the chicken breast into finger lengths. Be sure to cut it along the lines. Put it in the water, add bay leaves, star anise, grass fruit, licorice and ginger slices. After it is cooked, take it out and drain it and let it cool for later use;

The cooked noodles must be cold water to taste good!
