Refreshing Appetizer---tomato Vanilla Bread Tart

Remove the stalks and cores of the tomato, chop the meat into dices; chop the onion and basil and set aside.

Mix the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, mix well and set aside.

Cut the French bread diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick.

Spread the butter evenly on the French bread.

Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, bake the middle layer for 5 minutes and take it out.

Place the mixed tomato and basil in turn on the bread slices and enjoy.
