Bread pudding is an English dessert.
Pudding (Pudding) originally meant milk jelly. In the UK, the word patch can refer to any dessert.
The bread of this bread pudding is baked by ourselves, so it is very time-consuming. I suggest using bought toast or French bread sticks, which is much simpler.

Bread Pudding

1. After slicing the long stick, apply butter on both sides, layer by layer in a slightly deeper container

2. Pour milk, butter, salt and vanilla (peel the vanilla) into the pot, cook slowly and heat

3. Beat the eggs in another bowl, add sugar, and while stirring, slowly pour the hot cream into the egg liquid until it is completely combined

4. Sift the cream mixture into the bread and press it with your hands to make the bread fully absorb the milk

5. Put a few pieces of butter evenly on the bread, put the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C, and bake for 40-45 minutes

6. Spread jam on the baked pudding, cut into pieces and serve on plates

Tips:

If you like raisins or other dried fruits, you can add them when you put the bread
