Refreshing Beef Ribs

The beef ribs are first boiled in a pressure cooker for half an hour. Take out and let cool.

Prepare chili powder, sesame and cumin. I polish the chili powder by myself with a food processor.

Put the cumin and sesame seeds into the dry grinding cup of the food processor and grind them into powder.

Chili powder, cumin, sesame powder, salt, and sugar are collected.

Pour about into a bowl of boiling water and stir the seasoning well.

Let the beef slab tendon cool, and thin it with a razor blade.

Put it in the mixed seasoning. Just mix well. It tastes better after half an hour.
Tips:
The amount of seasoning can be adjusted freely according to personal preference.
Put some cooking wine in the pressure cooker to cook the beef ribs.
