Refreshing Chicken Gizzards

Prepare a piece of radish, a piece of lotus root, a piece of lettuce, and some millet peppers

Prepare a small handful of fungus

Prepare the right amount of chicken gizzards

Slice radish and lotus root

Cut the lettuce fast

Put the chicken gizzards in the pot, put a few slices of ginger, pour some wine, and blanch it in water to remove the fishy
