Refreshing Cold Double Silk

Shave a potato and a carrot into shreds and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, and put the double silk into blanching water (not too long, it won't be refreshing when it is cooked).

After blanching, remove and soak in cold water for a while.

Seasoning: vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, chili oil (this picture is not taken, use the picture when you mixed cucumbers before).

It can be put in the refrigerator when it is mixed, it will be more refreshing, crunchy, sweet and sour, and better with porridge.
