Refreshing Green Mango

Peel and wash the green mangoes.

Core and cut into strips.

Add salt and stir well.

Marinate for about 40 minutes.

Scratch and wash it with cold water. I washed it twice.

Drain the water.

Put it in the fresh-keeping box and add white sugar. You must add more sugar, or it will be sour.

Put the lid on and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
9.
Take it out the next day and you can eat it, sweet and sour, very crispy, especially appetizing!
Tips:
It will be easier to taste if you cut the mango into small cubes.
