Refreshing Lemon Biscuits
1.
Wash the fresh lemons, take a thin layer of lemon peel, chop it with a knife, then take 30 grams of juice for later use. After the butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt, mix gently, no need to beat
2.
Then add the lemon juice, continue to stir gently, sieve in the low powder, pour in the lemon zest, mix well with a spatula to form a dough
3.
Put the dough on the chopping board, roll it with your hands into a medium-sized cylindrical dough, wrap it in oil paper, and freeze it in the refrigerator for more than one and a half hours. (The dough is a little bit soft, it is not easy to shape, it's okay, it can help shape the dough after it is wrapped in grease paper)
4.
Cut the frozen dough into evenly-thick round pieces and place them on the baking tray
5.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 15 minutes, bake until the edges of the biscuits are light golden brown.
