Seeing the starch liquid turned white and solidified, tilt the plate and scoop it into boiling water

Now the dishes are in boiling water inside and outside. After cooking for about 1 minute, you can see that the starch liquid in the dish has become transparent and dense blisters appear at the bottom.

Take out the plate and put it in a basin of cold water to let it cool, gently extend the edge to open it

Tips:
Don't make it thick. I made 8 8-inch sheets with 100 grams of starch.
My mold is made of non-stick material. If you use an ordinary stainless steel plate, wipe the bottom with kitchen paper dipped in oil, so that it can be demolded. Don't pour the oil.
